Naver Z has partnered with global fashion brand Ami Paris to exclusively launch the Ami Paris world and colorful fashion items on the metaverse platform Zepeto.
The collaboration will allow users to explore the world of Ami Paris from April 14, with 15 items from the brand’s S/S 2023 collection and a virtual world inspired by Paris’ Montmartre district.
With over 400 million global users, primarily millennials and Gen Z, Zepeto has become a sought-after collaboration partner for fashion brands. Its ability to replicate the intricate details of fashion products in a virtual space without compromising brand equity provides a unique advertising experience.
Zepeto has collaborated with luxury brand Gucci and other fashion, beauty, and entertainment brands such as Ralph Lauren, Nike, Adidas, Puma, DKNY, ZARA, Dior Beauty, Nas Cosmetic, BLACKPINK, Disney, and Selena Gomez.
Ricky Kang, Head of the Business Unit in Naver Z, emphasized the company’s commitment to providing users with a differentiated experience in the virtual space. “We will continue to collaborate more with global millennials and Gen Z, who are passionate about fashion, music, and more so that their diverse gaming culture can be realized on Zepeto,” he said.
The partnership with Ami Paris is expected to enhance the virtual experiences of Zepeto users, allowing them to share their digital interactions with others around the world actively.
As the platform continues to develop partnerships with global brands, it positions itself as a critical player in the digital fashion landscape, catering to the evolving interests of its young and engaged user base.
